IELTS :

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most popular high-stakes English language proficiency test and saw more than three million tests taken in the past year. The IELTS results are recognized by more than 10,000 organizations, including educational institutions, employers, professional associations and governments, in 140 countries around the world.

Test Format :

You’ll take the first three parts of the test on the same day, in the following order: Listening, Reading and Writing (there are no breaks between these tests). Your Speaking test will be held either on the same day or seven days before or after that, depending on local arrangements.

IELTS scores are reported on a band scale from 1 to 9, with 9 being the highest. Each of the four sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) receives a band score, and an overall band score is calculated as the average of these four scores, rounded to the nearest whole or half band.

TOEFL :

The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is a standardized test that assesses the English language proficiency of non-native English speakers, primarily for academic purposes like university admissions in English-speaking countries. The most common format is the TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based Test), which evaluates reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills in an academic context

Test Format:

The test is administered on a computer, and the entire exam takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Scoring:

The total score is out of 120, with each section (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing) scored out of 30.
